In the case of high volume of orders, the turnaround time is 7 days (please note this does not include shipping time). Please note that not every order will take 7 business days however, it should be expected that this may be the maximum. If you are in a rush or this is a gift, please send us an e-mail and we would be happy to let you know what our current turnaround time is and will do our best to accommodate.

Sizing

Petite Scrunchie - Fine hair, short hair and even great for toddlers!
Standard Scrunchie - Normal to thick hair. More fabric, more stretch

Cleaning

Please spot clean materials. Scrunchies can be put in washer on gentle cold cycle.  They may be put in dryer on a delicate cold air cycle.

Domestic and International Shipping

We are currently shipping to Canada and the USA only. At checkout the currency will be shown in Canadian Dollars. If you are purchasing from another country, your Credit Card will convert it to your currency. For Canadian orders, you can usually expect your order to come within 2-14 business days after shipment. For USA, you can expect your order to come up to 10-14 business days. Please note that holiday seasons may influence shipping delivery times. Please note that our shop is located in Canada, orders shipping to the USA could take longer than 14 business days due to customs and border crossing regulations. haven + ohlee. is not responsible for custom/duty charges at the border or lost or stolen packages.

Delivery Policy

We ship all lettermail packages using Canada Post. Please note that your packages will be shipped without a tracking number unless specified. Tracked packages will be shipped either Canada Post or CANPAR. If you wish to have your items shipped with a tracking number you must inform us when purchasing. Please note we are not responsible for custom/duty charges at the border or lost or stolen packages. * To guarantee your order arrives to its destination please purchase tracked shipping with insurance - once it is in Canada Post's hands, it is beyond our control. Lettermail/Standard shipping packages lost within Canada Post will have to be repurchased * Please double check your shipping address when purchasing.

 Liability

 Scrunchies worn by children should be supervised at ALL times, and not be worn while sleeping. 

Return Policy / Product Guarantee

We take pride in what we do! But because our products are handmade we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please email shophavenohlee@gmail.com and we would be happy to work something out. 

Our scrunchies are handmade by local seamstresses, we truly believe in our product and the team helping to create our vision. Although we have put our scrunchies to the test, please remember they are handmade items and should be treated as so. In the rare occasion should the longevity be compromised we will send you a replacement up to 10 months of sale date. We want to assure you we stand by our products, but wear and tear happens to all! We are continuously making adjustments to ensure the longevity of our items.

Packaging

You deserve the best! And we are.doing everything we can to be conscious of our environment. Our scrunchies come packaged in 100% cotton canvas bags. No logos because we want you to reuse the bag as much as possible! 

Sale scrunchies will come packaged in plastic bags. Unfortunately with the sale, we are not able to provide canvas bags free of charge. There is an option to purchase one on our site to be included in your order.
